First let me start off by saying RIP to the goat Kobe. I grew up in the Ai / Kobe era so it definitely hit me differently. Also my guy won me so much money in 2K.
Furthermore, time to take it up another notch again. This time we at Chickies and Pete’s & after talking about this tournament for some time now it’s finally set up to go forward with it.
I need y’all to back me on this & Sign Up Right Now or early because I want to show up strong for this tournament so we can continue having them at this location. I will be adding a raffle giveaway to this tournament which I will be giving away many different prizes.
Some of the things I will be raffling off will be gift cards, money, Whorunphilly2k merch. Also spectators will be allowed to come to this tournament the fee will be $10 to enter to just view the tournament. Which the spectators will also have a chance to participate in the raffles. This tournament will also be live-streamed.
This year I will only be having 3 actual tournaments to win prize money. I know you thinking like it’s 2020 shouldn’t you be turning all the way up Jim. Well Im having a babygirl in May & this will be my first youngin so I’m not sure how this experience will be so I’m slowing things down a lil this year.
But I will be having 3 Battle Wars Tournaments this year. As you can see the flyer on this newsletter the first one will be on March 28th. These tournaments will be different then my previous Madden & 2K Battle Wars Tournaments. I will be picking the best matchups from players in previous tournaments which I think will be interesting to see cuz spectators can come.
